Your capability. Our next build.
Integra Foundry routes builds across a distributed network of qualified factories. Joining means receiving work that fits your equipment and certifications, with quoting, DFM review and customer communication handled upstream.
Built by specialists.
No single factory does everything best. The network pairs fabrication, assembly and component sourcing specialists so each order lands where it is easiest to build well.
Make your qualifications count.
Qualifications are matched to the requirements of each job. They are examples of what we ask partners to evidence, not a list we claim for ourselves.
Work that fits your facility.
Orders are matched to your processes, materials and certifications, so you see jobs you can build well rather than every request in the market.
More time on the floor.
Quoting, customer files, DFM questions and sourcing admin are handled before work reaches you. Your team spends time building.
Capacity on your terms.
You set what you will accept and when. Capacity you declare is the capacity we route against.
There's more to a finished board.
PCB fabrication
Rigid, flex, rigid-flex and HDI fabrication; controlled impedance, via technologies and surface finishes.
PCB assembly
SMT, through-hole and mixed assembly from prototype quantities through production lots.
Component sourcing
Franchised and authorised distribution, BOM verification, lot and date-code traceability.
Inspection & testing
AOI, X-ray, in-circuit and functional test, programming, burn-in and first-article reports.
Box build & integration
Enclosures, harnesses, mechanical integration, final test and labelling.
Logistics & fulfillment
Kitting, packaging, ESD-safe shipping, customs documentation and carrier hand-off.
What your work becomes.
Boards you fabricate and assemble end up inside real products. Box-build and integration partners are part of the network too.
From introduction to production.
Introduce your facility.
Tell us about your location, processes, equipment and the work you want. A short written overview is enough to begin.
Complete qualification.
We review certifications, quality records and equipment, and may run a pilot build before any production work is routed to you.
Build with us.
Once approved, you set your capacity and begin receiving matched orders with complete, reviewed manufacturing data.
Supplier questions.
PCB fabricators, assembly houses, component distributors, test and inspection providers, box-build integrators and logistics partners.
Not to introduce your facility. Certain jobs require specific qualifications, such as AS9100 or ISO 13485, and you will only be matched to work you are qualified for.
Yes for work where overseas production is appropriate. Controlled work, such as ITAR, is routed only to qualified domestic facilities.
Facility location, process list and equipment, certifications, typical lead times, capacity ranges and a point of contact.
It depends on the review required and any pilot build. We will give an expected timeline when we respond to your introduction.
Yes. You control the capacity you offer and the work you take on.
Email suppliers@integrafoundry.example with changes to equipment, certifications or capacity, and we will update your profile.
