Integra Foundry, Inc. ("Integra Foundry", "we", "us") coordinates PCB fabrication, component sourcing and assembly. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or contact us, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information you give us:

• Contact details and messages you send by email, such as your name, company, email address and the content of your request.
• Design and manufacturing files you send to request a quote or place an order, such as Gerber or ODB++ files, drill files, bills of materials, placement data and drawings.
• Information in supplier applications, such as facility details, processes, equipment and certifications.

Information collected automatically:

• Technical data in server logs from our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps.
• Usage statistics, only if you accept analytics in our cookie notice (see Cookies and analytics).

We use information to:

• respond to your enquiries and prepare quotes;
• review designs for manufacturability, source components and route orders to manufacturing partners;
• operate, secure and improve this website;
• communicate with suppliers and applicants;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information.

Your designs remain yours. We use the files you provide only to quote, manufacture and deliver your order and to provide related support. Files are shared only with the people and partner factories that need them for those purposes. See the Security page for more detail on how files are handled.

Please do not send export-controlled technical data (for example ITAR-controlled data) through this website or by email until you have contacted us and we have confirmed an eligible handling path.

This website uses a small piece of browser storage to remember your cookie choice. It does not use advertising cookies.

If you accept analytics, we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited. It is designed to measure traffic without tracking individuals across websites. If you decline, analytics are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.

We share information only as described here:

• Service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as hosting, analytics and email providers, under appropriate confidentiality and security terms.
• Manufacturing and sourcing partners, to the extent necessary to fulfil your order.
• Authorities or other parties where required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.
• A successor, in connection with a merger, financing or sale of our business.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting and contractual requirements. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you, subject to those requirements.

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
